1. Consultation
Tell us what you're looking for by bringing in a rough sketch of your project or your home plans. Be sure to include surface length and width measurements and indicate the position and size of any appliances and sinks. Give us a call at (616) 785-3088 to get started.

2. Material Selection
Marcy, Julie, and Dawn make it easy for you by helping you select a material that matches your lifestyle and budget, in a color that complements your decor perfectly. Choose from a large selection of granite, marble, quartz, porcelain and quartzite in over a hundred available colors.

3. Quote
Once you've selected your material and we have all the necessary specifications for your project, we'll provide a detailed estimate for your approval.

4. Schedule
Upon acceptance of the estimate, Jeff or Ryan will call to schedule dates for both making the digital templates and installation of the finished product.

5. Material Acquisition
After you've approved the estimate, Traci will acquire the slab material before digital templating. This allows us to be ready to show you placement approval as soon as possible.

6. Digital Measurement
Craig, or Gary will visit your home and use digital technology to take precision measurements, with existing countertops still in place. This level of accuracy helps ensure a perfect fit.

7. Placement Approval
Our talented design team will email you, or schedule a visit to review the layout of your individual sections on the slabs to ensure the best placement of veining or pattern.

8. Fabrication
Our quality focused fabrication team uses state-of-the-art equipment and techniques to provide you with the exceptional quality of workmanship we've become known for.

9. Installation
After transforming your vision into reality, our skilled and courteous installers complete the process and clean the work area thoroughly, allowing you to simply enjoy the beauty of your new countertops.
